Rules for Business Give-Back Program
Participates must live in the city of Arlington to enter drawing. (See calendar for dates and drawing.)
Rules for Business Owner
– Business owner will be contacted via text to inform them of the winner. Winner will contact business owner via text/phone to make arrangements to claim prize.
– Give-away must be completed within 2 weeks.
– Exchange must be done at a public location. Preferably a Starbuck or other agreed upon location.
– Photo of winner with prize is highly encouraged but not mandatory. Text photo to IMPACT to be uploaded to the page.
– Text IMPACT to let us know give-away has been completed.
– Failure to honor give-away will lead to termination from the community.
Rules for Member
– You will be contacted via text informing you that you are a winner. Business owner contact will be given so that you can contact them to make arrangements to claim your prize.
– You have 2 weeks to contact owner or prize will be forfeited.
– Taking photo of prize with owner is highly encouraged but not mandatory.
– If there is an issue in claiming prize contact IMPACT to try to resolve it.
Remember this is a pilot program so bare with us if we run into some hiccups. Thank you.
